Fountain Tire Fort McMurray (Gregoire)is looking for an experiencedService Manager to join our team for a permanent full-time position!What We Offer:Competitive wage plus commission and bonusRegular day shiftsGreat discounts for you and your family on tires, parts and mechanical servicesHealth, Dental and Vision Benefitsfor you and your familyRRSP matching programThe opportunity for growth that includes the potential to enter our management training program and own your own Fountain Tire store!Duties and responsibilities:Oversee and manage the Service department’s operations and schedulingEnsure completion of shop maintenance and repair workAdvise technicians of work that must be completedManage quality assurance – setting quality standards, maintaining quality of all shop activitiesProvide coaching and mentoring to all subordinate staffResponsible for ensuring appropriate staff levels to meet requirements of the service departmentResponsible for performance management of service department staff. May also participate in the hiring and termination process as applicable.
