What are the requirements and qualifications needed?

  • The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of networking, server administration, virtualization technologies and network security.
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Appropriate certifications are a bonus (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MCP, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Overtime in the event of emergencies is required

What would be your duties and responsibilities?

The position involves working directly with our customers to resolve diverse technical incidents, with guidance from our CTO and an experienced technical support team. Based out of our Montreal office, travel to client locations in and around the island is at times required. Working hours are 8h30 to 17h00.

  • Support, install, configure, and troubleshoot remotely and/or onsite a variety of server and client operating systems, networking, remote users, applications, mobile devices, etc.
  • Excellent knowledge Windows Servers, Exchange, Office 365, Networking. Experience with OneDrive, Azure, SharePoint, VMware, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, scripting.
  • Provide high quality support to our customers by meeting and exceeding contractual commitments
  • Resolve most escalated incidents using the available tools and documentation and by thoroughly researching known issues
  • Work with external vendors to resolve escalated incidents
  • Ensure that service levels are respected
  • Possibility for growth and development

Our IT technicians serve all office computer technician needs throughout Montreal and the surrounding area including Laval, the West Island, South Shore, Eastern Townships, and the Laurentian region. We also provide remote technical support for areas outside our immediate location.
