To learn more about Colliers Project Leaders, visit www.colliersprojectleaders.com.What success looks like:You’ve completed several infrastructure projects, varying in size and scope ideally in the relation to public works, educational institutions, healthcare facilities or other similar spacesYou work closely with clients in the early conceptual stages of project initiation to ensure a strategic approach to project planning, setup and deliveryYour clients are impressed with your ability to represent their best interests regarding contractual and technical issuesYour project teams rely on your ability to manage change, communicate and coordinate between multiple stakeholders, resolve issues, and deliver projects on time and on budgetA strong ability to lead the control of project related documents and deliver all work in accordance with company standards and proceduresWhat you bring:A university degree or diploma in engineering technology, architecture, construction project management, quantity surveying or a related disciplineA minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in project coordination andmanagement, representing owners to multiple stakeholders in the delivery of education or institutional projects Strong knowledge of various construction methodologies, project management models and financial management, as well as relevant codes, contract law and legislationPrevious exposure to capital and municipal planning for public works projectsExperience leading or considerably contributing to the preparation of RFP/Q’s, tenders and tender awardsExperience leading teams providing contract administration services for civil construction projects including full-time site resident servicesProfessional industry credentials such as PMP, P.Eng., A.Sc.T., or other similar professional designation is considered a strong assetBonus skills and experience:Leadership and organizational skills with a proven ability to effectively influence others and resolve client, project and technical issuesExcellent communication and presentation skillsProficient in MS Project, MS Word and MS Excel#LI-LK1
