Accelerator KMS is the leader in digital content lifecycle management for deskless workers. Reporting to the President of Innovatia Accelerator, the Senior Product Manager manages all aspects of solution/product development and lifecycle from understanding customer and market trends, to strategic planning, tactical activities, and market and channel development (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, Process, Profit, People). Responsibilities Drives Product planning by competitive analysis to determine roadmaps and product enhancements Defines the product marketing strategy to grow market share and drives the creation of product marketing material for the Sales and Customer Success Team Develops target customer analysis and profiles Tracks and analyzes sales success to drive growth and volume Determines investment, thresholds for returns, product pricing, prepares annual revenue and margin targets/forecast, tracks results, and explains variances. Understands and reports on product financial results Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify product gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding Requirements Minimum of 5 years experience as a Product Manager for a software product Must have an understanding and demonstrated capability in product management methodologies and principles Strong knowledge of overall marketing fundamentals Strong understanding of products costs profiles, profit margins, pricing strategies, competitive positioning, enhancements, terminations, product extensions, technological advancements, product roadmap, channels to market, stage in product life cycle, etc. Technical background with experience in software or information development an asset Proven business strategy and analysis skills High energy, enthusiastic and self-starting personality Analytical and problem-solving ability Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills Ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority Superior written and oral communication skills Strong fiscal/financial competency in business case development, revenue analysis and profit & loss analysis at a product portfolio level Related skills and working experience in customer needs analysis, competitive analysis, transforming requirements into solutions
