Our Montreal office is looking for a Senior Manager to join the International Tax team and own the following responsibilities:
Evaluate client business processes and policies, advice on International Tax policy and change to meet market needs, and develop proactive tax strategies to make business opportunities effective.
Apply specialized international Tax knowledge for inbound and outbound clients to anticipate, identify and address tax issues relevant to the client’s business.
Provide both technical and project management leadership to team members for Tax projects or assignments. Ensure quality control standards.
Identify as well as develop and implement strategies for clients to capitalize on business and tax opportunities. This includes preparing & review tax reorganizations and reviewing returns.
Build positive working relationships with clients and provides effective support for engagements.
Engage in training staff and invest in the professional development of your team.

Y our experience and education
You have completed your CPA designation as well as the In-Depth Tax Program and/or Masters in Tax.
You have 7 years’ experience in public accounting with a specialization in International Tax for a minimum of 3 years.
You have extensive understanding of relevant tax legislation, corporate International Tax planning and compliance.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
You value teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work.
You display strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills.
