In this role, you will be accountable for:
The Deloitte Canada Chief People and Culture Office (CCPO) has developed a Culture and People Strategy built on four pillars – I am Valued, I am Connected, I am Thriving, and I am Inspired and Empowered. In this role, you will be a leader within our Workplace Experience team leading agile project teams within our I am Connected Pillar. This pillar is focused on ensuring our people are supported by leaders and feel part of an ecosystem. Areas of focus within this pillar will include the development of a people listening strategy, partnering with our recruitment team to ideate and implement a world class recruitment experience and working to ensure our new hires have an onboarding experience that can only be achieved in a category of one.
What will your typical day look like?
This role will draw on a flexible pool of resources, mobilizing a team with the right capabilities to execute scalable solutions with an agile ‘fail fast, learn faster’ mindset. This role will also combine feedback from the business with deep knowledge of talent acquisition, onboarding best practices and leading-edge connection and collaboration tools to develop programs and offerings that help to shape our talent experience.
