We are seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Intelligence Solutions to join our team.

Position Overview The Senior Manager, Enterprise Intelligence Solutions, oversees the delivery of complex analysis and management reporting which drives business performance and translates business strategy into tactical action plans. Using a consultancy approach, this position works closely with business units across the organization to understand specific business challenges and desired results, then uses fact based analysis, insights and recommendations to improve performance and reduce risk. Here’s what would be included as a part of your typical day: Key Accountabilities:

  • Business Problem Identification: Consults with internal clients to define business problems, identify information requirements and perform analysis required to gain actionable insights.
  • Projects: Leads analytical projects and directs the activities of analysts to understand specific drivers of business performance. Champions insight driven decisions, then works with cross-functional teams to drive tactical execution.
  • Business Performance Framework: Consults with senior management and department leaders in the design and implementation of ongoing performance measurement. This includes understanding the business challenges and determining what data needs to be analyzed to deliver on the desired results.
  • Management Reporting: Manages the intake and prioritization of management reporting and enterprise intelligence solutions. Ensures management reporting meets or exceeds the needs of the organization.
  • Presenting Results: Architects performance measurement solutions; works with the business to present complicated data in a streamlined fashion (e.g., dashboards). Facilitates purposeful and positive change to improve company performance.
  • Leadership: Coaches and mentors analysts – assists analysts as required; reviews results; prepares final presentations. Manages the performance and day-to-day coaching of direct reports.
  • Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business, Information Technology or related Discipline
  • Master’s Degree Preferred
  • Eight years in Enterprise/Business Intelligence
  • Advanced analytics and problem solving skills
  • Advanced data modeling with SQL, R, Excel, Power BI or equivalent
  • Proven ability leading cross functional teams
  • Expert analytics and problem solving skills
  • Financial Services Industry experience
  • Proven ability to drive organizational change through the applications of data driven insights
  • Superior Business acumen, combined with advanced technical skills on how to apply information and analytics to solve business problems
  • Strong leadership to collaborate with the business, peers, other key stakeholders and team members on complex deliverables to develop and execute solutions effectively and on-time
  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to identify new approaches to deliver relevant enterprise intelligence solutions
  • Expertise transforming stakeholder needs into Enterprise Intelligence Solutions
  • Knowledge of Performance Management methodologies and their implementation
  • Leadership (confidence, expertise and communication) skills to influence others to do things differently
  • Self-starter attitude with capability to effectively execute end to end deliverables
  • Expert level understanding of financial services and enterprise intelligence
