Job Description

As the Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for strengthening the brand identity, producing all visuals for marketing materials and templates, and contributing your design expertise to projects across the organization. This is a key role within the marketing team and offers a passionate individual the opportunity to contribute directly to an exciting and fast-paced start-up that deeply values design principles.

You will be joining our quickly growing and fully remote Marketing team, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Take the brand identity to the next level by refining and adding to its unique visual language and coming up with innovative ways to express our brand
  • Conceptualize and design marketing materials including web pages, advertisements, sales decks, collateral, social media posts, and much more
  • Research and vet suppliers, collect quotes and manage design freelancers as needed
  • Produce launch-ready creative for multi-channel ad campaigns according to each channel’s standards and specifications
  • Ideate, plan, and produce compelling video content including storyboarding, script development, filming, animation, and editing
  • Consider target markets, industry nuances, and buyer personas to reinforce every design choice
  • Stay on top of competitors' strategies and industry trends to maintain a distinctive identity and stand apart from the crowd
  • Contribute your design expertise by collaborating with the Marketing team and as a part of cross-departmental squads

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud, design principles, and professional-level execution
  • Exceptional typographic skills and attention to detail
  • Video editing skills including animation and live-action editing
  • Experience working with a Marketing team and a thorough understanding of marketing practices
  • Familiarity with designing for digital ad platforms including Google Display, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter
  • Experience managing supplier relationships, building briefs, and following guidelines
  • Comfort designing templates in Google Slides and Google Docs
  • Strong English writing and proof-reading skills

 

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience producing paid campaigns for social media and Google Display
  • Experience designing for a SaaS company
  • Experience writing short promotional copy for campaigns, brochures, and web pages
