Are you a Senior E&I (Electrical & Instrumentation) Manager who has a proven record of accomplishment with bringing in business and execution of work in the Grande Prairie Region? If you answered yes ClearStream Energy is seeking someone like you! The Senior Electrical & Instrumentation Manager is responsible for safety and profitability of operations within the assigned area. The focus of this position is to meet client commitments and pursue future growth opportunities in our E&I business. Reporting directly to the District Manager, you will bring a minimum of 10 or more years’ experience with E&I Services offered include facility construction, demand and long-term industrial maintenance support, plant shutdowns and turnarounds, field construction and project management. This role is based out of Grande Prairie, Alberta and is a permanent role local candidate are encouraged to applyWhat you’ll be doing:Lead and play an active role in the delivery of Flint’s HSE policies, programs, and initiatives. Be a role model of the Flint safety culture to field supervision.Provide sales support by pursue opportunities in the assigned area for business growth and expansion through networking with potential clients and local community involvement. Participate in developing annual goals of revenue and profitability for the District; develop short- and long-term forecasts.Manage key client relationships, providing estimating and project management support.Support and actively take part in the Strategic Account Management plan as it relates to the key customers in the assigned districts.Promote the company through personal involvement at local community and customer events, trade shows, and local business associations, etc. Develop local business plans and implement annual operational strategies in the context of the districts business strategy.Manage a team of project managersWe would love to hear from you if you:Have 10 plus years’ experience and hold a Journeyman Electrical Trade Certification or Electrical Engineer Degree.Brings an entrepreneurial spirit and a proven record of developing and managing new business opportunities through an established network of relationships in the industrial sector.Persuasive communication and interpersonal skills.E&I trade knowledge incl: materials, suppliers, QAQC, estimating, code, E&I best practices and procedures.A record of accomplishment and highly effective at translating business priorities into operating realities with a proven ability to work at all levels (with customers and internally) to execute operating plans safely, within budget, with quality and schedule requirements.What We Offer:Competitive compensation to include bonus.Health coverage for you and your family The opportunity to work for a recognized leader in the energy and industrial markets Other Details:This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of a drug and alcohol testing.
