Working at Nutrien will provide you an opportunity to help us Feed the Future, and grow your career.This position reports to Vice President, Treasury.What you will do: Leadership, governance and innovation around the Company”s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) programIdentify, quantify, evaluate, mitigate, and management of the company”s financial, operational and strategic riskPartner with cross-functional leaders to ensure that risk mitigation action plans are developed, implemented and maintained, as well as provides ongoing risk assessment and mitigation updates to Senior LeadershipPerform commercially minded risk managementPerform, coach, and lead others in the execution of detailed risks analysisWhat you will bring: A BA/BS,Master’s degree preferred10 + years in audit, compliance, risk management or related functionsEnterprise Risk Management leadership experience preferredCPA, CIA, CISA, RIMS, CRMP or other risk management certification preferredStrong knowledge of manufacturing, mining, fertilizer and ag retail businesses and trendsExpert knowledge of industry standards ISO, COSO, TCFD, etc.Expert knowledge of risk strategy, standard setting, etc.Expert knowledge of scenario planningAble to communicate complex concepts successfully to non-technical audiencesWorking knowledge of ESG related issues/trendsWorking knowledge of project management, process improvement and data management best practicesSkill in utilizing time in an efficient and effective mannerOral and written communication skills sufficient to discuss a variety of job-related topics and to effective communicate complex topics to a variety of different audiencesSkill in working as part of a team and collaborating with colleaguesSkill in balancing logic and intuition to make sound decisions in a timely mannerSkill in selecting, managing, coaching, motivating and developing a teamAre you a good match?
