What you will do: Responsible for all aspects of contract administration including customer relations and concerns, the processing and tracking of orders and ensuring contract terms are adhered toManages logistics and allocation of purchase and Return to Vendor ordersManages inventory stock and shipment storage, including dealing with all discrepanciesWorks with Warehouse management team to ensure compliance with safety and company Human Resources policies and proceduresResponsible for customer ordersResponsible for file managementPrepares and submits regular inventory management reportsWork with drivers/carriers to ensure to ensure coverage and adherence to contractsPerforms other related duties as requiredWork with other CSR’s to assist where difficulties ariseTrain and assist with training new hiresAssist where required to ensure other CSR’s tasks are currentWhat you will bring: High school diploma or equivalent requiredComputer and keyboarding skillsSAP knowlegde is a MUSTDemonstrated ability in the use of word processing, database and spreadsheet softwareExcellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and ability to establish relationship with branch personnel, peers and customersDemonstrated ability to produce neat and accurate work with attention to detailMust be dependable, reliable, and safety consciousEffective time management, planning and multi-tasking skillsAre you a good match?
