We ensure all our team members are a great fit and it’s essential that candidates are aligned to the Daggerwing Way and our core values: Fuel connections: be real, be fun, grow Raise the bar: be curious, be brilliant, inspireMake it happen: be bold, be brave, leadResponsibilitiesLead the project management process for projects and will review work for quality assurance; ensuring client readiness standards are met Support new business activities under the guidance of senior team members including opportunity identification, proposal development and pitch executionDesign workforce communication and engagement strategies and develop content including tactics and key messagesDevelop change strategies and provide implementation recommendations and supportWork with a team to advise senior leaders on how to effectively lead during transformationsDevelop communication, engagement and change impact measurement strategies and implementation supportDevelop internal branding and employer value proposition strategies, messages andprogramsCreate and facilitate learning experiences including workshops and strategy sessions at all levels in an organizationUndertake primary research and follow up evaluation and analyticsAdvanced degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Communications, International Management or comparable experiencePractical experience with a minimum of 3 years in organizational and change management consultingExperience working in a client-oriented, professional services environment with Fortune 500 organizations preferredKnowledge of business fundamentals, corporate strategy and organizational issuesStrong written and verbal communication and personal interaction skillsSolid analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a creative or visionary mindsetComfort dealing with ambiguity and multi-tasking demandsAbility to contribute individually and as a team memberStrong work ethic with a commitment to high quality and service excellenceEntrepreneurial spiritPosition may require travel as needed for project work (generally 20% – 35%)
