Senior Change Management Consultant – Government of Canada Ottawa and Gatineau offices

Our Ottawa office is looking for a Senior Change Management Consultant to join the Consulting team as a client-facing Agile Talent Consultant/Independent Contractor, and own the following responsibilities: Develop and implement a change readiness assessment, dashboard and reporting metrics Responsible for stakeholder engagement and communication between project teams, and people affected by the impending change Create feedback loops with project team, stakeholders and employees Designand facilitateworkshops, delivers presentations as required to communicate complex organizational and subsequent cultural changes. Actively coach all involved in the change Create and manage metrics to track change adoption Identifyand reportrisks and mitigation strategies to stakeholders Requirements Must have ten (10) years of experience as a Change Management Consultant Must hold a valid Government of Canada SECRET security clearance Must have experience working on an Enterprise-wide IT project for the Canadian Federal Government to transform and modernize the technology infrastructure aligned to Blueprint 2020 and public service renewal Must have experience developing and executing a Change Management Strategy to modernize, transform and implement an Information Management System Must be a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) with the Association of Change Management Professionals
