The Corporate Information Services department is responsible for implementing and providing ongoing support to a wide variety of systems/applications. The department partners with programs and departments (both internal to FH and external) in collaborative planning, process improvement, issue resolution, project management, vendor management, etc.

This position is a key component in providing support and liaising on behalf of the customer with various vendors and partners to implement solutions to meet their needs.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be provide technical leadership within the Corporate Information Service. Bring your real passion for innovation and performance in technology as you contribute to change lives in healthcare.

Build your career experience as you:

    •Provide leadership in Business Process Reengineering concepts, methods and technologies. •Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for client-facing and internal Informatics services delivery processes for business, clinical, and systems support services within Fraser Health
    •Engage in multiple initiatives and will be responsible for project planning, business requirements gathering, data analysis and supporting the execution of projects and change management Support. •Provide leadership and acts as an escalation point for Business Analysts to assist in resolving complex problems.

Are you motivated to join us? We will be looking for you to have the following:

    •Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Systems Management or related field. •Three (3) to Five (5) years recent related experience in a medium to large sized organization. •Including experience with health and corporate information systems.

An equivalent combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.

We have a full-time role available. This position will be based at our Central City Offices, Surrey, B.C.
