Bring your passion for innovation and performance in technology as you contribute to change lives in healthcare. You will provide a range of systems development, systems analysis and support services to the Health Informatics & Clinical Solutions Team.

As a Senior Business Analyst on the Paris team, in the department of Health Informatics & Clinical Solutions – Community and Primary Care, you will be a part of the design and development cycle for health informatics including analyzing, developing and implementing health information systems. You will excel as you work with all levels of the business, ensuring information technology deliverable align with the business requirements, with measurable results. You have the ability to solve technical and strategic challenges using innovative approaches.

Your strong logical thinking and troubleshooting skill, combined with a passion of working in the healthcare industry will assure your success in this role.

Build your career experience as you:

    •Provide leadership in Business Process Reengineering concepts, methods and technologies. •Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for client-facing and internal Informatics services delivery processes for business, clinical, and systems support services within Fraser Health
    •Engage in multiple initiatives and will be responsible for project planning, business requirements gathering, data analysis and supporting the execution of projects and change management Support. •Provide leadership and acts as an escalation point for Business Analysts to assist in resolving complex problems.

Are you motivated to join us? We will be looking for you to have the following:

    •Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Systems Management or related field. •Three (3) to Five (5) years recent related experience in a medium to large sized organization.
    •Experience with health and corporate information systems.
    •Experience with an electronic health information system, such as Meditech, Paris or Intrahealth Profile is preferred.
    •Experience in front end development, Delphi, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, reports development using Crystal Reports would be an asset.

An equivalent combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.

We have 4 full-time roles available. These positions will be based at our Central City Offices, Surrey, B.C.
