You will support the Health Informatics & Clinical Solutions portfolio including Surgical, Anesthesia, and Medical Device Reprocessing with a focus on MEDITECH Expanse. Work with users to determine systems requirements and develop workflows. Work on operational tasks as well as projects and change management support. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be a part of the design and development cycle for health informatics. You will analyze, develop, implement and maintain health information systems and business practices pertaining to electronic health information capture and utilization. You will excel as you work with all levels of the business, ensuring information technology deliverable align with the business requirements, with measurable results. You have the ability to solve technical and strategic challenges using innovative approaches.

Your strong logical thinking and troubleshooting skill, combined with a passion of working in the healthcare industry will assure your success in this role.

Build your career experience as you:

    •Provide leadership in Business Process Reengineering concepts, methods and technologies. •Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for client-facing and internal Informatics services delivery processes for business, clinical, and systems support services within Fraser Health
    •Engage in multiple initiatives and will be responsible for project planning, business requirements gathering, data analysis and supporting the execution of projects and change management support. •Provide leadership and acts as an escalation point for Business Analysts to assist in resolving complex problems.

Are you motivated to join us? We will be looking for you to have the following:

    •Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Systems Management or related field. •Three (3) to Five (5) years recent related experience in a medium to large sized organization. •Including experience with health and corporate information systems. •Experience with an electronic health information system, such as Meditech, PARIS or Intrahealth Profile is preferred

An equivalent combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.

There are 2 temporary full time roles available with an approximate end date of March 31, 2022. This position is based at our Central City Offices, Surrey, B.C.
