A few of the many benefits of working with SMS Equipment include: competitive wages, comprehensive group benefits plans, and RRSP matching.Under the direction of the Director, Digital Transformation and working collaboratively with the Digital Transformation team and Senior Leadership, the Senior Business Analyst, Digital Transformation works with the business to determine how existing business practices can be transformed using new digital business solutions.Responsibilities: Identifying, assessing and executing process improvements via new digital programs that increase efficiency and capabilities across all SMS business linesAct as a leader for cultural change through the introduction of lean principles and organization-wide process improvementsEstablish a digital solutions ideation and business review process in alignment with the digital transformation strategyWork collaboratively with Marketing, Communications, IT and Change Management to ensure successful adoption of digital solutions business process changesEstablish a project reporting cadence within the different levels of SMS managementCollaborate with OEMs and other technology partners to leverage existing digital solutions and align SMS priorities with OEM digital solution development priorities Skills/Qualifications:This position typically requires post-secondary education in a related field and a minimum of 5 years’ related digital technology and equipment dealer experience. A combination of experience and education may be considered. Additional qualifications include: Strong understanding of key digital platforms in the industry, including CRM, eCommerce, ERP, and digital marketingStrong business process analytics skills, and a thorough understanding of business processes, data structure, reporting and internal controlsKnowledge of and experience in system integration projectsA passion for change and business transformationAbility to lead, collaborate with, and influence cross functional teamsProven ability to deliver results with measurable business value and aligned with corporate strategiesStrong and articulate communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of influencing change and inspiring collaborationExcellent discipline and time management skills to plan, manage and deliver results within a team and independently
