Summary of responsibilities: Reporting to the Manager, Advanced Analytics, the Senior Advisor, Advanced Analytics is responsible for designing, developing and evaluating quantitative methodologies, models and solutions to assess operational performance and support decision-making. The incumbent is also responsible for data management and analysis of operations data systems. The Senior Advisor, Advanced Analytics performs all other duties and responsibilities related to the position as required. What you need to succeed To qualify for the position, you must have: Graduation from a recognized university with a specialization in mathematics, statistics, computer science or another specialty related to the duties of the position; A minimum of five (5) years of experience developing machine learning and predictive models using mathematical programming languages such as SAS (Statistical Analysis Systems), R or Python; A minimum of five (5) years of experience carrying out advanced data mining and analysis activities Demonstrated experience conducting investigations into data discrepancies; Demonstrated experience in an advisory role and providing recommendations to management; Experience writing clear and concise reports and briefing materials with a strong attention to detail; Experience developing and delivering presentations that synthesize findings in a business context.
