In turn, we offer an environment that fosters a people-first culture with a high priority on your personal and professional growth.Our Embrun office is looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant to join the Assurance & Accounting teamand own the following responsibilities:Provide support to a team of approximately 10 Partners and professionals.Type and format correspondence, reports or other documents based on drafts, including correction of grammar, spelling and punctuation.Maintain Partners” billing records.Plan and organize internal and external appointments, conferences, meetings.Perform administrative tasks related to the department”s operations such as research, coordination of special events, updating documents, and filing.At peak periods, help with the printing of T1 forms (personal federal and provincial taxes) and T2 forms (corporate federal and provincial taxes) and process their electronic filing.How do we define success for your role?
