Who Are We Looking For:
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for the growth and relationship management of assigned strategic partnerships of Motoinsight. In this position, the Senior Account Manager would be the day to day main point of contact for partner interactions and provide in-depth analysis, seek opportunities for business development and continually strive to strengthen partnership relations with Motoinsight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
  • Manage the day to day account operations with clients including inquiry requests, CRM updates, and data updates.
  • Regular reporting analysis on OEM and dealer performance using the MotoCommerce platform to deliver insights and business intelligence to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Project coordination from client approval to implementation with respect to new or enhanced product offerings and future development needs.
  • Act as subject matter expert on assigned partners and applicable products/services supported by Motoinsight.
  • Identify key opportunities for business development within partner accounts.
  • Work closely with Manager on the development and execution of strategies and plans to increase performance within partner accounts; including goal setting, incentives and building support sales KPI’s
  • Liaise between Motoinsight and strategic partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience

Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of account management experience (SAAS, ad agency, OEM or dealerships, financial institution experience would be a plus)
  • 1+ year of automotive experience 
  • Leadership experience is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and quickly adapt to changing timelines and priorities
  • Ability to understand customer needs and relationship building
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills used to present internally and externally
