Skills :
• Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud & Connector, Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (data integration),
• Java, Python, Databases, Information Security, Agile and Jira Project Management are essential. Ideally experience in media / media sales too.
Services:
• Software development Services to deliver the following scope items as prioritized and assigned to the Supplier Personnel through the Agile sprint planning process within the duration
• Sales Automation including Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud
• Ad Tech Implementation including Ad Control Panel and Cross-platform inventory management
• Capture processes following documentation protocols
• Participate in and contribute to Sprint ceremonies, discovery sessions, Program meetings, planning Sessions, JAD sessions, QA and release management meetings, implementation/deployment meetings.
• Capture business and functional specifications using interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, and task and workflow analysis in moderate to highly complex environments.
• Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria and test cases in Jira in consultation with Product Owner and scrum team.
• Contribute to the overall solution approach and prepare design documentation in consultation with scrum team, architects, security and other cross-functional technology teams.
• Assess user stories for completeness and translate to technical tasks.
• Prepare workflows, data flows, and process re-design recommendations based on best practices, risk analysis, and system documentation.
• Ensure there are zero solution gaps.
• Interact with Technical Leads/Developers to ensure that any questions and discrepancies about specifications are resolved during the solution build process.
• Configurations, Development, unit testing and deployment of new programs or systems into non-prod and prod environments.
• Participate in QA/testing including testing scope and strategy definition, test case creation, execution and validation.
• As defects related to Supplier code are identified during the QA/Test Cycle or post-implementation, be accountable for defect triage activities and bug fixes.
• Provide implementation support and assist with post-implementation support as required.
• Lead efforts to transition knowledge to steady-state production support team at project closure.
