Position Summary:Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, the Sales Representative is responsible for managing all aspects of the sales function within a specified geographic territory for independent and chain customers. They will manage all customer inquiries, while developing existing business and prospecting new customers for the assigned territory. The Sales Representative will be working to promote Sofina’s established brands including Mastro, San Daniele, Janes, Lavazza, Kicking Horse, Rio Mare, Lilydale and others.Key Accountabilities: Responsible for achieving and exceeding gross margin and volume targets as assigned.Develop and grow the business through new business development.Prepare and present business reviews to customers and internal stakeholders, as required.Develop plans and reports to measure gain / loss in accounts with initiatives towards acquiring new or growing businessMaintain a high level of competitor and marketplace knowledge including products, pricing, discounts, promotions and sales levelOrganizes demos for existing and potential customers, advises customers on presentation of products and promotional materialsRequirements:College Diploma with minimum 2 years of sales experience in the food industry.Ability to build and establish relationships;Ability to travel to customers on a daily basis.
