Sales Representative

Seeking an individual to develop new business for Our Clients Benefits & Pensions Ltd. through actively prospecting and meet with prospective clients to discuss their current Group Benefits program.

This individual should be self-motivated, driven and goal oriented.


Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm


Responsibilities (but not limited to)


• o Develop new business for Our Clients Consulting Benefits & Pensions Ltd. through actively prospecting.

• o Identify prospective clients by using business directories, cold calling, and building relationships.

• o Manage all aspects of the client relationship. This includes all administration of the account and handling all communication with the insurance suppliers.

• o Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the life of the relationship.

• o Liaise with the insurance carriers and the clients.

• o Participation in our clients Consulting’s’ training program & adhere to the processes established and communicated within their Program .

• o Participate in Clients Consulting Benefits & Pensions Ltd. functions.




• o Minimum 3 years of Inside/Outside Sales and Cold Calling experience

• o Proven track record in exceeding sales targets

• o Strong “Hunter” approach to sales with the ability to create, grow and manage your block of business

• o Knowledge in group benefits (an asset)

• o Professional demeanor and presentation

• o High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• o MUST have valid driver's license and vehicle

• o Ability to work under little to no supervision

• o Ability to handle multiple tasks at once

• o Driven and Motivated demeanor
