Sales Representative Job Summary

We are seeking an Sales Representatives to join our growing company. As an Sales Representatives, you will generate sales and hunt and close prospects. The ideal candidate has the ability to exceed sales quotas. You will handle the business relationships for major accounts, sales, and the company. You must be detail-oriented and motivated. The Sales Representative will work to achieve revenue and long-term account goals that align with company goals while maintaining a relationship with the client.

 

Requirements and Qualifications

 

  • · If you are hungry to succeed and have a relentless work ethic, you will grow your income both monthly and annual through residual sales, then this is the place for you.
  • · You must have exceptional sales ability and experience
  • · Preferred but not necessary, Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; or equivalent experience required
  • · Minimum of three years related experience in sales, relationship management, Prospecting, and cold calling; preferably in the finance industry.
  • · Superior computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Salesforce or other programs a plus
  • · Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • · Pays strict attention to detail
  • · Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • · Persuasive and unafraid to negotiate; has good business sense
  • · Up to date on the latest industry trends, able to articulate trends and potential clearly and confidently

Sales Representative Job Duties and Responsibilities

· Meet assigned sales goals and expectations for quotas

· Manage, renew, and renegotiate terms with existing clients

· Review and prepare estimates, and follow up on estimates

· Meet strict deadlines and respond in a timely and professional manner

· Arrange meetings with potential clients to discuss their needs

· Address any necessary issues with potential clients.

· Work as a partner to help clients reach their goals

· Present client ideas, information, and needs to other departments, including the Accounting team, Legal team, Financial Planning team, present information in any relevant meeting or review

· Ensure all process timelines are met and up to date

· Maintain good client relationships while building new client relationships

· Ensure customer requests and work orders are being done in a timely manner.

· Asking and getting referrals
