Responsible for hiring, developing and leading a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed revenue, profitability and product mix sales goals Assist in advancing the sales process for individual sales opportunities within your team Assess sales probability and forecast revenue expectations Conduct interviews in order to maintain and grow your sales teamObserve and participate in sales calls with all team members for sales development and coaching purposes Assess sales representative skill sets so you can create and maintain individual development plans Implement established corporate policies, procedures, strategies and manage sales budget Manage dealer and direct distribution channel conflict Serves as a liaison between customer service and the customer on shipment and quality matters Completing sales activity, pending business and 30-60-90 Day forecast reports and general customer service as well as maintaining customer contact database Strong understanding of all of Humanscale’s products Candidate will have 5+ years of Outside B2B Sales Experience Candidate will have 3+ years of management or leadership experience Bachelor”s degree is requiredTrack record of meeting and exceeded sales goalsAbility to travel overnight regionally up to 25% Excellent written and verbal communication skillsSkillful negotiation and presentation skills Aggressive follow-up and closing skills Lifting up to 40 LbsWHAT WE OFFER:Competitive base plus commission Monthly auto allowance Cell phone, laptop, ergonomic workstation, etc.Medical and dental benefits 401k with company matching Paid time off (including 15 PTO days and 9 holidays) Expense budget Humanscale University Sales Training Humanscale is an Equal Opportunity Employer (M/F/Disabled/Veteran)
