The Sales Enablement Analyst will have a wide range of duties in enabling sales performance and success. This role will work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to analyze and measure the success of our campaigns and programs using sales tools, as well as interdepartmental inputs into RFP’s to ensure the content and value of our efforts are optimized. In this role, you will use your Sales and Marketing knowledge to make data-centric recommendations that drive revenue and team success. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, can take inputs from multiple stakeholders and bring them together informed by data, and is passionate about driving positive change. What You Will Do: Create, coordinate and educate the team on sales-related processes Work closely with Marketing to analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and programs through our sales toolsTrack and identify data trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations that drive revenue through our sales engagement toolsMaintain sales enablement software to ensure it is easily accessible and providing the capabilities that support revenue generationSupport the sales team on the creation of RFP and custom proposals, and support process and records keeping using a proposal management toolChampion Sales Enablement best practices, and ensuring that Standard Operating Procedures are maintainedCoordinate educational content for ongoing training to new and existing team members, and liaise with Corporate Learning & Development team as appropriateGather and use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the teamActive participation in driving and implementing operational projects and initiatives that enable sales success and optimizationBe a power user of Sales Ops tools and systems and responsible for ongoing maintenance (improvements, updates), administration, and consistent use across the Go-To-Market team What You Bring,We strongly value your talent, energy, and passion.
