Responsibilities:


1) Sell solutions to the commercial sector within North America
2) Provide accurate forecasts
3) Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement
4) Assist sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
5) Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the organization
6) Conduct an effective consultative sales process
7) Oversee the development, implementation and execution of promotional activities in assigned territory
8) Support and manage the account executives and sales managers
9) Establish and maintain industry contacts that lead to sales
10) Attend national industry conferences to generate new sales leads and build relationships with current clients

Requirements:
1) Minimum 8 – 10 years of direct business-to-business direct and channel sales experience in a complex consultative/solution oriented selling environment
2) Experience in responding to large complex RFP’s
3) Proven new sales experience in the enterprise software market and selling to the commercial sector
4) Strong leadership qualities both with customers and employees
5) Excellent communication and organizational skills
