We are hiring Director Sales for our Computer Software client. The role is based in Burnaby The Director of Sales will lead the client’s growing Sales Operations and Account Executive teams. The incumbent is responsible for leading the client’s corporate strategy, improving processes, coaching team members, and moving opportunities forward.The ideal candidate will have previous experience leading sales teams within a SaaS model organization. You’ll also have experience and knowledge in dealing with large enterprise deals and RFPs within a public sector market. TheDirector of Sales will report to the CEO and will be an integral part of client’s leadership team.The incumbent will lead both SMB and Enterprisego to market strategies. Requirements 5+ years in senior-level management within the SaaS sector 7-10 years proven experience closing large and mid-sized enterprise accounts Experience building lead management and sales processes Experience leading and developinga sales team of 15 or more members BA/BS degree or equivalent Experience with Salesforce CRM Selling SaaS within the public sector is an asset Experience in building leading and managing territorial and regional sales teams Selling SaaS within the public sector is an asset Strong people skills System and process-oriented Strong Analytical background Ability to identifying new market opportunities Ability to build, manage and maintain a prospect pipeline Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to gain consensus across all levels of the organization.
