Job Description


We are seeking a full time Sales Coordinator/Assistant to join our team! You will have the exciting role of directly supporting the Director of Sales in driving our business forward, as well as supporting our internal and external workforces to exceed our customer requirements.


· Act as a point of contact for the Director of Sales

· Provide information on products, price/availability, status of order, and sales policies

· Manage ordering and payment of sales invoices / PO's

· Manage the Director of Sales calendar and organize day to day activities

· Support for internal and external workforce's with sales inquiries

· Support with Vendor Management

· Creation and maintenance of Daily Reports on current market performance, strengths, gaps and opportunities

· Daily sales report queries, escalations and reconciliation

· Creation of presentation as required


· Excellent written and oral communications (well-spoken, friendly, professional)

· Positive and strong interpersonal and customer service skills

· Enthusiastic and motivated

· Able to prioritize and multitask

· Reliable, accurate and organized

· Detail orientated

· Able to problem solve and use judgement

· Has a positive attitude

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

· Proficient in creating presentations to support analytics

Qualifications and Skills

· Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

· Two years administrative related experience

· Post-secondary education highly desirable

· Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PIVOT TABLES, MACROS, etc.)

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to create PowerPoint presentations to support analysis
