The Sales Associate/Coordinator works with sales reps, therapists, and other medical professionals to provide mobility and accessibility solutions to clients at home or in other living environments such as hospitals or long-term care facilities. We’re looking for a talented candidate to join their team of over 80 staff as a Sales Coordinator. Reporting to the sales manager for Vancouver, our ideal candidate is professional and committed to upholding the highest standards in Rehabilitation, Accessibility and Long-Term Care sales. This position will work with end clients, as well as do other internal and external stakeholders. The objective is to spend 6-12 months in training as a Sales Coordinator and move into a client facing Sales Consultant position. We are looking for a candidate who is or may be passionate about the medical equipment industry; has a history of success and wants to work for a growth oriented company providing outstanding service to our clients. This position will be based out of one of the Lower Mainland or Fraser Valley locations and will report into a Regional Sales Leader. Responsibilities: Provide Consultative Services and support to Therapists and Sales Reps including Equipment Trials, Product Demonstrations and Education and Equipment Sales Establish and maintain business relationships with healthcare professionals, providers, facilities and all referral sources Be a specialist in medical equipment such as stairlifts, vertical platform lifts, wheelchairs, hospital beds, mattresses, positioning devices etc. Be able to sell our accessibility line of stairlifts, ramps and other products Support reps in order to achieve monthly sales objectives Support and work with the sales manager to identify opportunities Prepare quotations, product information, and other documents as requested Assist with trade shows, in-services and training seminars Troubleshooting equipment, providing diagnosis and repairs on-site Maintaining and coordinating trials and consultations in an organized fashion using HME`s proprietary CRM system Help to input and schedule orders Help to deliver, setup, install and return orders Requirements This is an exciting opportunity to join a growth oriented organization within the healthcare sector.
