Sales Associate

General Summary:

As an advocate for a better wireless journey, your focus will be on engaging mall shoppers, determining their needs and helping them make the right callwhen selecting a solution for their lifestyle. You will be responsible for achieving daily targets set by your Manager. In your daily activities you will deliver on operational excellence and support the kognitive MARKETING™brand goals and objectives.


  • Achieve all key business metrics including sales, operations and customer satisfaction
  • Follow the Customer Experience Selling Standards
  • Actively engage clients, determine their needs using lifestyle questions to provide a customized wireless solution
  • Demonstrate wireless products, present accessories and device protection and attempt to close sales with each and every potential customer
  • Stay up to date on current promotions, products, services, and policies to maintain high levels of expertise
  • Complete all required company and carrier training within defined time lines
  • Complete all wireless activations and sales transactions as per company and carrier policies
  • Sign off on and follow all operations policies and procedures as per the company standard
  • Complete weekly coaching for review with Management and follow recommended course of action to further develop sales skills
  • Ensure all scheduled shifts are completed, including clocking in/out as per guidelines
  • Follow uniform guidelines for every shift and ensure the brand is always appropriately represented
  • Seek prospective clients and ask for customer referrals
  • Complete all tasks assigned by Management within defined timelines


  • Previous experience in the wireless industry or any retail sales is preferred
  • Candidate should be above 18 years of age to be eligible for this role.
  • Must be available to work evenings and weekends, and statutory holidays as required
  • Follow the Dress Guidelines
  • Follow the peak season holiday black out period from August 15 until September 15 and November 15 until January 15
  • Complete a criminal background check
  • Be comfortable with technology
  • Be motivated to work in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment

Compensation- We provide $14/hr plus commissions!
