Job Description

We are currently searching for a highly motivated, engaged Sales/Growth/Business Development professional to join our brand new Ontario sales team. As a digital advertising sales executive you will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer. Your role will be to develop new business opportunities by promoting, influencing and gaining buy-in from industry leaders in a broad range of sectors.

Important: For the most part, this is a 'work from wherever you want' role, so the ideal rep will be heavily accountable for their own results. We're all trying to to build something special, therefore we're only looking for people who are self sufficient, hungry, and want to contribute to the development of our brand and culture. Basically, we don't want no scrubs.

There is NO cold calling for this position – all leads are warm and are provided.

Our Ideal Candidate:

· Ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing

· Ability to build rapport quickly

· Ability to multi-task and manage indepth pipeline through custom CRM

· Ability to make high volume of sales calls daily

· Strong follow-up and organizational skills

· 2+ years sales experience in a similar environment preferred

· Knowledge of ad sales, social selling, and content marketing are all considered an assert to this position

· Strong work ethic and commitment to personal and professional development

Compensation is competitive including base salary, plus strong commission package, benefits and incentives. Estimated total compensation is $50-80K/year.
