WAGE: $18.27 per hour (full-time position / 33 – 35 hours per week)

LOCATION OF WORK: Shoppers Drug Mart #865. 125 The Queensway, Toronto, ON M8Y 1H6

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Supervise, train and coordinate staff;

· Ensure cashiers/merchandising staff comply with all store policies and operating procedures;

· Provide on-going guidance and instruction Loss Prevention;

· Prepare work schedules, assigns duties and ensures staff present proper image to the public in accordance with Uniform Policy & Dress Code guidelines;

· Train staff on new products and promotion as required;

· Ensure adequate stock of products are on display, shelves are clean and organized with proper rotation;

· Maintain inventory and place orders, deal with suppliers;

· Authorize payments for products received and the return of merchandise

· Serve customers as required & answers enquiries regarding location of products, rainchecks, etc.

· Deal with customer complaints or questions and resolve any issues that arise;

· Ensure health and safety requirements are met;

· Ensures all loss prevention standards are implemented, manages daily cash office inventory and cashier tracking, tracking sheets, PC Optimum procedures customer service;

· Monitors inventory level and informs AFSM/FSM;

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Previous retail experience of minimum 2 years in this industry

· Completion of secondary school
