Build on your education & career experience as you:

•Maintain documentation on treatments given to patient, equipment parameter settings/values and patient/equipment observations •Perform respiratory care to patients in accordance with established standards and procedures and/or as prescribed by physician •Perform diagnostic testing, initiates oxygen therapy, and assists with home oxygen therapy •Perform cardio-respiratory physiological measurements and calculations, invasive and non-invasive, as required •Assist with in service education sessions on respiratory care and related respiratory equipment to nursing, medical, and other hospital personnel as required •Perform equipment quality control, maintenance, and minor repairs and maintains documented records

To join our team, you have:

•Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy Program •Successful completion of the Canadian Board of Respiratory Care credentialing exam •Eligible for membership with the Canadian Society of Respiratory Therapists (CSRT) and British Columbia Society of Respiratory Therapists (BCSRT) •Current CPR Certificate, Professional Level C •Current Neonatal Resuscitation program certification
