Job Description

Creative Door Services, North America’s largest overhead door dealer, operates nine branches across Western Canada and we have over 50 years of experience in the residential and commercial overhead door industry. We provide access solutions by servicing and installing a variety of overhead doors and driveway gate systems, operators and associated controls.

Role:
We have an immediate opening for a Residential Sales Representative in the Vancouver Branch. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Residential Sales Representative is responsible for Building and maintaining relationships with builders, contractors, developers and retail consumers in the Coquitlam, Tri-Cities, Surry and Langley areas. This role is a permanent, full time position with opportunities for continued growth and job task variety.

Responsibilities:

  • Calling on home builders
  • Providing quotes and estimates
  • Handling sales enquiries
  • Other duties, as assigned

Skills:

  • Technical aptitude (general construction and ability to read blueprints)
  • Excellent account management, presentation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to relate to people at all levels of an organization
  • Good computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in the residential construction industry
  • Possess a valid driver’s license
