Reporting to the Charge Nurses in assigned home areas. RESPONSIBILITIES Job duties include but are not limited to the following: assisting residents with simple activities of daily living such as grooming, dressing; active screening; transfer and mobility assistance; serving meals and nourishment; engaging in social activities; arranging and assisting with video calls; assisting residents in dining; providing 1 to 1 interactions and activity; and assisting with personal laundry Completing charting requirements and using technology to manage health services needs of residents.
