Purpose:To execute the Reserve strategy at a regional & territory level, owning the relationship with the key customers and delivering flawless execution of the Reserve Brands Growth Model. This position requires a true passion for consultative selling and strong brand knowledge of the Reserve portfolio.Department: SalesReports to: Director Sales Execution – Western Canada Required Duties:Drive execution against commercial plans at the account level based on the Reserve Brands Growth Model.Deliver against KPI’s to drive performance of the Reserve business on a daily, monthly and annual basis.Effectively plan on a daily, weekly or monthly/quarterly basis, with quota and distribution objectivesDevelop high quality customer plans highly tailored and demanding a level of flair and affinity with the luxury space.Build exceptional partnerships with customers to engage and excite the trade about the Reserve portfolioReport on issues related to the competitive market and offer constructive suggestionsProspects, quantifies, and qualifies new accounts to determine potential fit with brand portfolioSupport the sales team with regular presentations on Reserve Brands, their value to our customers, to our consumers & to PMA.Work with supplier representatives, members of management and brand ambassadors in the field to promote salesOther duties as assignedMust be able to:Live and demonstrate the Company ValuesExhibit a deep understanding and appreciation for the identified Reserve BrandsDemonstrate and exhibit high levels of professionalism with internal and external customersRequired Skills:Bachelor’s Degree required 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role.Proficient MS Office skillsKnowledge of Liquor Board Regulations, market trends and competitionProven track record in salesStrong organizational and multi-tasking capabilitiesExcellent communication skills: verbal, listening and writtenCapable of seeking out new ideas, exhibit initiative and be proactiveManaging complex customer relationshipsExcellent Negotiation and Influencing SkillsStrong interpersonal and analytical skillsSound judgement and problem solving skillsPrevious experience with luxury brands preferredMust possess a valid driver’s license Must have fully insured and reliable transportationMust be legal drinking age Physical Demands of Job:Carrying and lifting 45-65 poundsImmediate reaching to perform various dutiesOverhead reaching to perform various dutiesStanding and walking for periods of time to perform various dutiesSquatting or bending to perform various duties as assigned
