We hire great people for phenomenal jobs. We are currently seeking a Representative to provide service excellence in our very busy Benefits & Employee Information team. Utilize your communication and organizational skills as you perform clerical duties to support the team.

Position Highlights

Bring your resourcefulness and knowledge to a role where you can really make a difference! As a Representative, you will provide service and support by retrieving files, reviewing and summarizing confidential information from personnel files and maintaining a general record management system.

Main Responsibilities:

    •Act as a subject matter expert, resource and first line of contact for the Representatives in Benefits and Employee Information including supporting the day to day workflow of the team. •Keep the Lead apprised of departmental changes and ongoing requirements, ensuring timely resolutions to benefit processing concerns. •Provides formal and informal feedback to the Representatives to support their individual objectives. •Supports the Attendance Promotion process by monitoring attendance, supporting employees and addressing attendance concerns in conjunction with the Lead as they arise. •Assists the Lead with supervisory functions such as recruitment, selection and other related processes as required. •Provides feedback and supports the Lead in the preparation of performance appraisals.


    •Diploma in Human Resource Management, or related discipline and three (3) years’ recent related Benefits experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

An equivalent combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.

This full-time position is located in Uptown New Westminster, BC with access to public transit and other amenities.
