Nous sommes la recherche dun(e) reprsentant(e) des ventes linterne. / We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative Rle et responsabilits / Role and Responsibilities S’assurer du bon dveloppement du march pour le territoire de l’est du Canada spcialis en communication unifie (UC) / Ensure proper market development via account acquisition in the eastern Canadian territory by specializing in unified communication peripherals. Travailler avec les gestionnaires de comptes afin de dcouvrir des nouvelles opportunits / Work with Account Executives to by uncovering new opportunities and creating leads. Grer et mettre jour une base de donne de relation client l’aide d’un CRM (Zoho CRM) / Manage and maintain our CRM database, ensuring minimum standards are upheld. Effectuer un nombre d’appels sortant minimum par jour (KPI) / Plan and execute a daily minimum of outgoing calls per day (KPI). Aptitudes : Plaisir communiquer au tlphone / A pleasure to communicate with over the phone. Confortable travailler sous pression / Comfortable working under a quota. Sens de lorganisation et trs grande autonomie / Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously. Capacit tablir des priorits selon un chancier / Ability to prioritize and schedule accordingly. Facilit travailler avec les chiffres / Ability and aptitude to work with numbers. Requirements DEP ou DEC en soutien administratif, comptabilit ou domaine connexe et pertinent / College or equivalent education in administration, accounting or any other related or pertinent to the role. 1 2 ans dexprience en ventes; / 1-2 years experience in sales. Bilinguisme, franais et anglais, parl et crit (essentiel) / Bilingual, French and English, spoken and written (essential) Connaissance des logiciels Suite Google pour Entreprise (Google DOC et SHEET) / Understanding and ability to work with Google Suite of enterprise software (Google DOC and SHEET). Connaissance d’un logiciel de CRM Zoho (un atout) / Understanding of Zoho CRM (an advantage) Connaissance dans le domaine des communication unifies et audiovisuelles (un atout) / Understanding of the unified communication and/or audio-visual markets (an advantage).
