We're looking for a skilled trades professional with at least five years experience. The ideal candidate should possess skills involving trades related to home maintenance, repair and renovation.

We offer a compensation program which ranges between $25 and $30 an hour, based on the number of trades in which you are demonstrably proficient and your level of independence. The main trades required are the following:

• Drywall Repair or installation
• Painting
• Finish Carpentry (baseboards/casing, door hanging, etc.)
• Tile/grout installation
• Laminate/Hardwood Installation
• Light plumbing repair/installation

The ideal candidate will posses the following additional skills:

• Great customer service;
• An ability to communicate with customers efficiently and explain the work conducted;
• Punctuality
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship.

All applicants must pass a criminal background check and must posses a G License with a clean driving abstract (no serious convictions and no more than one minor in a 2 year period).
