We are seeking a Business Development Representative to become an integral part of our team! You will gauge sales opportunities and provide extensive customer service to all clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate B2B sales leads over phone and email
  • Booking sales appointments for B2B solutions mostly in the Information Technology space
  • Enter all data into CRM clearly and by the guidelines of VSM
  • Prospect for new contacts over phone and web
  • Develop nurturing relationships with prospective clients

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, B2B, Lead Generation, customer service, or other related fields
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Bilingual (English and French)
