For more information about Broadridge, please visit Broadridge.com/.Job DescriptionThe Release Coordinator is responsible for the planning and coordination for the delivery of system updates into client test and production environments. The release coordinator will be responsible for coordinating client and internal communications regarding monthly off cycle, intra, and major releases. The Release Coordinator facilitates release meetings and develops the release deployment plan based on input from clients and internal stakeholders. They also identify priorities, conflicts, dependencies, and risks for the release and develop plans to mitigate those risks.The Release Coordinator confirms the release deployment plan is followed and that the release is deployed to the client environments successfully. In addition, pre and post release verification activities are also managed/performed by the Release Coordinator.Coordinate and run release meetings with clients and internal stakeholdersPerform quality control checks for release documentationCommunicate release documentation and plan to clients by pre-determined datesFacilitate monthly off-cycle review meetingsProvide release configurations spreadsheet to both clients and client supportAttends change management meetings (such as CAB’s) and represents the Dataphile release at those meetingsSupports release execution by monitoring of each phase of the release and escalates possible issues early in the cycle so appropriate action can be takenIdentify metrics and create applicable reporting that conveys the quality of a release to management. E.g. work items meeting deadlines, work items causing issues, forecasted vs actual deployments, etc.Review current process and create a plan to address any inefficiencies / manual work with the current process.QualificationsEducation:College diploma or University Undergraduate degreeTools:Working knowledge on the suite of Broadridge Dataphile products is an assetSignificant experience with Microsoft OfficeExperience:Minimum 2 years Release Coordinator role, or similar positionDataphile platform experience or experience in releasing software in the financial sector is an assetSkills:Strong organization skills and be detailed oriented to effectively manage the release processAbility to work in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervisionAbility to multi-task and quickly adjust work focus based on changed priorities as set by managementExcellent communication skills required to interact internally as well as with clientsExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.Additional Informationnull
