Registered Practical Nurse

Central Nursing Agency Inc is hiring passionate Registered Practical Nurses that are committed to joining an award-winning team! We are looking for Registered Practical Nurse's who are experienced and driven to succeed.

We partner up with different community partners to provide support.

We are currently looking to hire several Nurses for Toronto, Brampton & Mississauga. The Nurse will be responsible for Home Care only. You will see only 1 patient full time for support. No travel required one location in the community for an entire shift.

Paying $28.00 – $38.00

As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will:

• Use clinical skills to ensure clients receive the highest quality of care
• Use knowledge and skills to assess, plan and implement nursing care for all patients
• Functions well in a leadership role to organize patient care
• Demonstrate knowledge of lifts and transfer
• Uses appropriate assessment tools regarding client's wellbeing and care
• Be willing to work varied shifts between Monday- Sunday. Looking for 12-hour shifts for this position

Requirements:

• You must be eligible to work in Canada
• You must be registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses
• Standard first aid & CPR Level C or BLSC
• Valid Immunization records
• Negative COVID test or willing to obtain within 2 weeks of the start date
• 2 step TB test
• Tetanus shot
• MMR vaccine
• Hepatitis B vaccine
• Varicella vaccine
• Vulnerable Sector Check
