We currently have an opportunity for a Registered Nurse in our Tertiary Hospice Palliative Care Unit located at Burnaby Hospital in Burnaby, British Columbia.
This position offers you the opportunity to:
• Provide and coordinate care to assigned patients
• Utilize a patient centered and culturally sensitive approach
• Collaborate with members of the interdisciplinary team
• Participate in quality improvement activities and research
To be the successful candidate, you will have:
• Graduated from an approved school of Nursing
• Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
• Recent 1 year acute medical/surgical nursing or acute palliative care experience
• Completion of a certificate in the designated clinical area
