Receive demands for resources from regional operational managers and sales teams Assess the in-house availability of resources for the current and future project demand Hunt for and identify external resources that meet the project demands and financial objectives Screen, interview, arrange for technical interviews and manage the assessment process Liaise as needed with clients for interviews Proactively manage candidates during the assessment process Issue job offers and contracts for candidates as they are approved Support the onboarding process for new starters that you have managed Use the inhouse recruitment and people management systems as necessary Maintain the database of candidates and interviews on the inhouse systems for their own candidates Inform the management team of the market conditions and rates Apply the cultural standards and principles of the firm Work as part of the global recruitment team Requirements : At least three years experience in a recruitment role Able to work both autonomously and as part of a team when needed A good working knowledge of technology Knowledge of the financial markets would be a bonus A strong work ethic with a desire to succeed in a fast growing company A sense of adventure !
