Regional Director
Our client is seeking a Regional Director to successfully lead a group of Residential Property Managers while ensuring all properties are maintained and operated in accordance with Company objectives
Responsibilities Include:
Provides management, direction, and leadership to ensure all properties are maintained and operated in accordance with Company objectives
Leading, and working closely with Property Managers, Board of Directors and/or developers to manage and operate the property while facilitating solutions to problems
Strong management skills, customer service skills and supervisory skills
Liaison between Company and Property Association Manager as well as Company and Board of Directors
Facilitate Company Procedures and ensure that policies are carried out
Mentor and lead a group of high functioning Property Managers by actively engaging in the day to day operations
Attend Board meetings and give Board guidance and leadership when required
Provide direct support and guidance to Property Managers in all facets of property management operations
On a regular basis, audit and review quality of services provided by Property Manager and site staff
Establish and nurture a personal relation with Board of Directors by actively engaging via phone, email or in person
Conduct property visits regularly and provides the Property Manager with recommendations and observations to improve the property
Participate in Corporate committees as assigned
Enforcement of Company standard operating procedures and advocate for Company initiatives
Recruit and interview prospective managers
Conduct formal performance reviews with direct reports including development and execution of performance improvement plans where required
Mentor Property Managers
Review/assist the obtaining and financing of all required insurance coverage
Partner with all levels within the organization and work to achieve goals with a team approach
Ensure that Property Managers follow the Company’s corporate policies
Ensure that all records are kept in good order
Provide a five-star customer service at all times by attending al all calls and messages immediately
Act as intermediary with owner/residents, property managers, and all other staff, to assist in prompt response to questions/problems
Follow safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment
Attends all team meetings

Practice and adhere to companies Global Service Standards
Conduct business at all times with the highest standards of personal, professional and ethical conduct
Perform or assist with any operations as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules. Notify supervision of unusual equipment or operating problems and the need for additional material and supplies
May participate in any variety of meetings and work groups
Ensure all safety precautions are followed while performing the work
Follow all policies and Standard Operating Procedures as instructed by Management
Perform any range of special projects, tasks and other related duties as assigned
Lead a team of Property Managers
Indirectly lead the support team including,
administration and on-site associates
Qualifications Include:
CPM, ARM or other recognized property management certification
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required
An experienced Condominium Manager with a minimum of 5 years in the industry
A team player who can manage tasks for crucial deadlines
A detailed individual capable of managing several tasks
Strong working knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, leases, regulations or documents with a similar degree of complexity
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong leadership skills including a proven ability to influence
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including public speaking in front of small to large audiences
CPM, ARM or other recognized property management
