Title of Position: Regional Chef – Culinary Operations Manager

Regional Chef will demonstrate leadership and posses the expertise in all areas of our culinary operations. The Chef will not only oversee the culinary operational standards and execution but make recommendations and create strategies to improve the quality, safety, productivity and financial impact of our food & beverage program. This an exciting opportunity for a talented culinary operations professional.

  • Multi-unit full-service restaurant experience or extreme high-volume operations of 10M+ in a full-service restaurant environment
  • Proficient and extremely organized with extensive administrative responsibilities and the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Experience with KDS & Optimum Control is considered to be an asset
  • Extensive experience with food cost reporting, theoretical and executing effective troubleshooting strategies.
  • Experience with menu development, testing and producing rollout materials.
  • Experience with detail culinary systems and tools including but not limited to food cost reporting, prep charts, line checks, food safety plans, training materials, station guides etc.
