Our client requires a Recruiter to join their team permanently. It is a very busy desk so someone that is organized and efficient is mandatory.
Full life cycle recruitment process, which includes; candidate sourcing, job postings, screening, interviewing, reference checking, and offer
Recruit and manage multiple position requirements, across a wide variety of disciplines paying particular attention to trades positions
Develop strong relationships with hiring managers
Source high quality candidates using both traditional and innovative strategies and tools including social media, website postings, networking, advertising, employee referrals, career fairs and database mining.
Conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates of all levels
Negotiate compensation in conjunction with the HR team and hiring managers
Actively promote and build the employment brand with candidates and through all recruitment activities
Coordinate the process between candidates, hiring managers and HR team through the recruiting cycle
Support and maintain recruitment process and systems
Ensure all recruitment activities performed are fully compliant with statutory and regulatory requirements
Work within and update the Application Tracking System
2-3 years of full life cycle recruitment experience with a focus on understanding business requirements and delivering results
Minimum 2 years’ experience with a focus on recruitment of all levels of construction, manufacturing and equipment plant personnel, skilled trades, field staff and service
Proven ability to build strong relationships with business leaders, while gaining insight into the daily operations and needs of the organization
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent organizational and recruitment execution skills, and the ability to work effectively in a high volume, fast-paced environment
Experience using social media tools for recruitment including Applicant Tracking software
Proficient with MS Office
