TELUS Health Care Centre (THCC) is currently looking for a part time Receptionist/Booking Coordinator to support our Edmonton Centre. The Receptionist/Booking Coordinator is accountable and responsible for navigating incoming phone calls, timely accuracy of bookings while maintaining a positive, professional client experience.Here’s howAs part of the team, you are responsible for providing the highest possible standards of client service and satisfaction. As the initial contact person for new inquiries and clients, you will be the voice and face of the company in many instances. The receptionist/Booking Coordinator needs to present a professional image at all times. A can do positive team player attitude while maintaining a friendly professional demeanor with clients, colleagues, suppliers and guests at all times all while maintaining complete client confidentiality.You’re the missing piece of the puzzleYou will be responsible for;Answering telephoneBooking appointmentsFloat coverage for absences such as vacationsProvide support to other staff membersCommitted to learning, development and personal growthSolution orientatedMindful of workspaceAbility to handle and communicate effectively with challenging clientsGreat-to-havesHealthcare and/or Hospitality background with a distinct Client Service understanding.Ability to take initiative and work with limited supervision but within the guidelines of the position.Good knowledge of computers and excellent written and communication skills.
