We are always looking to expand our products into new and exciting areas such VR, Google Glass, iOT devices and any other exciting technology that comes our way! We are currently seeking a QA Lead to help lead us down this path of exploration. As the QA Lead you are highly technical, love to problem solve while having a strong desire to break things. 

What you will be doing: 

• Managing automated testing tools and environments
• Performing automated and manual testing
• Designing and adding automated tests and testing environments to bring coverage to 100%
• Working with Developers to write test plans and ensure quality 
• Mentoring team members on testing best practices and processes 
• Finding, reproducing, isolating, identifying, reporting and tracking issues/bugs/defects through various methods
• Following best practices for product/application maintainability, testability, robustness and performance 
• Troubleshooting scaling and deployment issues
• Collaborating with Developers in writing automation tests in all layers of applications – Unit, API, UI, Opersations, and Integration

The must-haves: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent 
• 8+ years experience with deployment, planning, and testing tools (Selenium/Appium, TestRail, Jira, Bitbucket, VSTS and equivalents) 
• Experience with MongoDB
• Passion for product quality and a champion for systems and process improvements 
• A self-starter who is able to work independently 
• A life-long learner who gravitates to understand new technologies 
• Team-focused attitude
• Experience in writing automated tests and a strong desire for automating everything possible! 
• Experience in Real Time Communications programming an asset
